Deputy Director of Legal Affairs and Subsoil Licensing, RosgeolekspertizaIn 2010 graduated with honours from the Moscow State Law Academy named after O.E. Kutafin . In 2013 defended thesis on "The legal mechanisms of subsoil use" for which he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. Since 2009 he joined FBU " Rosgeolekspertiza " where he has been holding various positions. Author of several articles on legal regulation of subsoil relationships.
