Held alongside the Exhibition, Business podiums provide Exhibitors and Delegates with the platform for organising product or service demonstrations.
Presenter can invite unlimited number of visitors to the exhibition (visitor registration on the Forum website is required) and can reserve up to 50 guest seats during the presentation organised at the Business Podium (visitor registration on the Forum website is required)
Terms for exhibitors
• Provision of up to 20-minute time slot and announcement of the presentation in the Business podium session program
• Placement of speaker and project profile in the Forum catalogue and on the Forum website
• Provision of the venue, audio and video equipment, Russian-English translation
• Video recording of the presentation
• Publication of the presentation slides in the post-event materials
Terms for delegates
The cost of organising presentation at Business Podium = £ 300 GBP
(NB The cost does not include admission to the Forum)

To promote their company, projects or products delegates can book Poster Panel at the Exhibition area
Poster display hire = £ 300 GBP
Fee includes poster board hire (1 m width x 2 m height) in the Poster display area
