Victor Zhirinas has over 30 years’ of experience in the mining industry and the implementation of complex automation into mining enterprises. He held various management positions at the Polar Division of " MMC " Norilsk Nickel ". He is currently the head of the mining division. Victor graduated from the mining department of the Leningrad Mining University. Honorary Miner of Russia.
