In order to provide correct information about speaker (moderator) on the Forum’s website, program, catalogue and marketing materials, please complete this form and send it with the photos as soon as possible or by 1 September. Please leave the Russian part of this form blank if you cannot provide Russian translation of speaker’s details. By completing this form speaker/moderator agrees to provide the Forum organisers requested materials and timely information about all changes. In case of the cancellation of participation in the Forum speaker/moderator agrees to offer organisers for consideration a suitable replacement.
