Developing Strategies with AMC
Developing a plan to effectively mine an orebody requires alignment of all levels within an organization. Right from the Board to the planning engineer, all contributors should know and understand the objectives of the plan. There is no single solution when optimizing a strategy, and objectives might include maximizing NPV, reducing capital costs, reducing payback time, maximizing ore reserve etc. Mark will introduce some of these concepts and set the scene for further presentations by AMC specialists at this master-class.
