The complexities of strategy optimisation to satisfy multiple goals and stakeholder expectations.

This short presentation illustrates the difficulties involved in getting the balance between the various conflicting goals for the organisation, both internal and external. One complicating factor is that the best plan may not be the optimum for any one particular goal, but may represent trade-offs so that all stakeholders get a reasonable return, and may also need to balance the potential for upside rewards if the future turns out to be good with the potential downside risk if it turns out to be bad.
