General Manager, SRK Consulting (Kazakhstan) LtdNikolai Yenshin is a mining engineer who also has the role of the General Manager in the SRK Kazakhstan office. Prior to joining SRK in 2007, he spent 10 years working on mining operation in Russia, Kazakhstan. He specializes in strategic planning and the evaluation of mines, mine performance improvement management, and underground mine design, as well as the implementation of new technology. Nikolai has worked on such minerals as zinc, lead, tin, gold, uranium, and other. In SRK Nikolai has taken part in projects ranging from geological exploration to Scoping Study, Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility and commissioning of operations, Due Diligence, EIA. He was a Project Manager on several uranium projects of various levels in Russia and Kazakhstan. Nikolai was intensively involved in preparation CRIRSCO aligned reporting code preparation for Kazakhstan. He took leading role in creating National reporting organisation (KAZRC) and professional organisation (PONEN) in Kazakhstan.
